Up to one month before the arrival date 40%,
Up to one week before the arrival day 70%
In the last week 90% of the total price
In case of early departure, the accommodation provider may demand the full agreed fee.

We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance

In case of late arrival or early departure, the full rent must be paid.
Cancellations will only be accepted in writing.

Furthermore, we also ask for your understanding that we do not accept pets.
